FLOWER GIRL

A moving portrait that uses the delicacy of paint strokes and the boldness of form and color to reveal both the delicate and edgy sides of my personality.

PROCESS

This project aims to create a visual representation of self's personality. I chose to do a moving portrait with a feeling similar to what we see in Monalisa's eyes, which moves with you and chases you around.

To get the look I wanted, I made a cel-animated portrait of myself and slowed down the frame rate to simulate stop motion. After that, I mixed English and Arabic typography to add contextual elements and design.
